What to Watch Tonight, June 1, 2020

Looking for something to watch tonight? Every afternoon we’re hunting down and highlighting the best streaming options around.

For your last weekend in May, we hope you enjoyed a “Lord of the Rings” cast reunion, the kickoff to a free global film festival, a chance to see Dropkick Murphys and The Boss live at Fenway Park and more.

Today, we are deviating from our usual programming to round up a few recommendations that will help you learn more about #BlackLivesMatter, the history of racism in America and the hard work being done by activists to educate and fight for change. There are hundreds of films, shows, and videos to watch, not to mention extensive resources put together by black creators. This is simply a place to start.

Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to navigate through the slideshow to the next suggestion. On the last page, you’ll find a rundown of some of the great things we’ve found in the past that you can experience whenever you want.

Find something fantastic that we haven’t written about yet? Tell us about it in the comments and we might feature it in a future post.
