Chinese Sculptor Spends 4 Years Sculpting World’s Longest Wooden Masterpiece

Chinese artist Zheng Chunhui unveiled in Nov. 14, 2013 his work: a tree carved from a single block. Zheng Chunhui carved every day for 4 years, a 12 meters long tree log, 3 meters high and 2, 40 meters wide to create this incredible work. An impressive thoroughness of detail, dedication to his art that will have been worth it to enter the Guinness World Record for “the work carved the longest in the world.”
