They have been around for years. I remember we had one in our house when I was growing up. Lately they are in fashion again. Very affordable, easy to find and they come in all different colors and sizes.
I decided to upcycle mine. All you need is the lampshade, very thin paper ( I used 2 unlined books that I cut up) and some sellotape.
It took about a hour to make and with the help of a few friends it was tons of fun to make!
